About the Role
We are seeking an active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of a complex ServiceNow environment. You will be the primary technical leader and advisor, ensuring best practices, platform integrity, and scalable delivery across multiple modules and stakeholders.
Requirements
Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (required).
Strong experience delivering complex implementations for large clients.
Hands-on expertise across modules including ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC, and WSD.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and new features.
Experience governing instances, upgrades, security, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), plus performance monitoring.
Strong leadership, clear communication, conflict management, organization, and internal customer orientation.
Availability in the short/medium term (per briefing).
Nice to Have
Experience working in large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
Background in global platform governance or Centers of Excellence (CoE / CoEI)
Prior experience leading architectural decisions in regulated or highly complex organizations
Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Consulting background with strong stakeholder management at executive level
