About the Role

We are seeking an active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to lead the architecture, governance, and evolution of a complex ServiceNow environment. You will be the primary technical leader and advisor, ensuring best practices, platform integrity, and scalable delivery across multiple modules and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (required).

  • Strong experience delivering complex implementations for large clients.

  • Hands-on expertise across modules including ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC, and WSD.

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and new features.

  • Experience governing instances, upgrades, security, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), plus performance monitoring.

  • Strong leadership, clear communication, conflict management, organization, and internal customer orientation.

  • Availability in the short/medium term (per briefing).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments

  • Background in global platform governance or Centers of Excellence (CoE / CoEI)

  • Prior experience leading architectural decisions in regulated or highly complex organizations

  • Exposure to automation, AI, or advanced workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Consulting background with strong stakeholder management at executive level
