About the Role
We are looking for a Roofing Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and/or commercial roofing projects. This role supports the sales and operations teams by analyzing project requirements, reviewing plans, and producing reliable estimates to support decision-making and client proposals.
Requirements
Experience as an estimator in roofing or construction
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and scopes of work
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
Experience preparing cost estimates and material take-offs
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams
Nice to Have
Experience working with estimating or take-off software
Knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and industry standards
Experience supporting sales teams with proposals or bids
Familiarity with residential and commercial roofing projects
