Requirements
Experience in operations management within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong understanding of operational workflows, planning, and process optimization
Ability to analyze data and identify efficiency improvements
Experience coordinating with production, supply chain, and leadership teams
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Familiarity with ERP or production management systems
Experience managing remote teams or distributed operations
Background in cost optimization or operational performance metric
