About the Role
We are seeking a Backend Developer to help build the business logic, services, and REST APIs that power our GenAI applications. You will contribute to solid, efficient architectures, collaborate in a multinational environment, and ship scalable backend solutions using modern development practices.
Requirements
2+ years of backend development experience.
Degree (or higher technical degree) in Computer Engineering or related field.
Python knowledge for scripting and/or complementary microservices.
Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Docker experience for platform containerization.
Strong spoken and written English for a multinational environment.
Organized, versatile, analytical; able to manage tasks and find solutions.
Teamwork mindset and commitment to shared goals.
Nice to Have
Experience working with AI-driven or GenAI-based products
Familiarity with cloud environments and backend deployment pipelines
Experience with microservice-oriented architectures in production environments
Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability patterns for APIs
Prior collaboration in cross-functional or international development teams
